Joyce went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure the floral arrangement made it to my friend. I got the address wrong & they made sure to get them to where they needed to be, no matter what. I am beyond impressed by their commitment. The flowers were beautiful and I would recommend anyone/everyone to order from J Robinson's floral. I only wish I lived closer so I could use them more often! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

I sent an email regarding items I paid for that were not delivered and I have not received any response back. I’ve called with no luck. Order wasn’t delivered to my wife before she left for work at 5 but I understand being busy on Valentines and not upset about that but charging me for a balloon and Teddy Bear that weren’t delivered then not responding to my refund request for those items have ensured I won’t use J Robinson’s services in the future

I received excellent customer service from J Robinson Floral and the delivery was fast and the gentlemen was very friendly. I chose the "designer choice valentines bouquet" and it was beautiful!! The chocolates were much larger than expected and I am overall very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend their services in the Cincinnati area.
